Return and exchange
Although we hope you love what you've purchased, sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the items to us within 7 days of your parcel being delivered, provided that items are in their original condition with tags intact (unless faulty).
- Return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order, exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order, and the customer bears the costs of return and replacement, meaning the shipping costs, as they will be deducted from the value of the returned or replaced product.
- Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with the tags attached for a full refund (excluding our shipping costs). Remember to complete the returns form enclosed with your order and include it in your parcel.
- Any Accessor purchased are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Any items that have been altered through tailoring service are strictly non returnable.
How can I get a refund in case of a return?
The refund will be made after the product reaches us and we confirm its safety, then the amount is transferred to your account within 10 days or according to the bank's system for confirming transfers.
